Mobile Outreach, Response, Engagement, and Stabilization

Specialized crisis response for children and teens experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges.

These services include:

  • Immediate family support by phone
  • Rapid in-person response
  • Short-term stabilization
  • Psychiatric consultation
  • Care coordination and referrals
  • Follow-up support for up to 8 weeks

MORES helps young people stay safely at home and connected to their community.

We will not refuse services to anyone due to the inability to pay

Mobile Outreach, Engagement, and Stabilization (MORES) Services

Phoenix Counseling Center provides Mobile Outreach, Engagement, and Stabilization (MORES) services within our Mobile Crisis Services program for children and adolescents experiencing emotional and/or behavioral needs in Gaston County. A team of clinicians, mental health professionals, and family partners work with the child and family for up to eight (8) weeks.
