Mobile Crisis Services
Services are available for all ages, 24 hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, at no cost.
Immediate support for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance misuse crisis - wherever they are.
These services include:
- In-person response (home, school, work, or safe location)
- Phone and video support
- Crisis assessment and stabilization
- Safety planning
- Connection to ongoing care
Our goal is to stabilize the situation quickly and help individuals stay safe while avoiding unnecessary hospital visits.
We will not refuse services to anyone due to the inability to pay
Insurances Accepted: NC Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, Humana, Cigna, Tri-Care
